Back to School with Tea Collection

Ready or not back to school season is upon us! A great place to shop for kids’ back to school clothes is Tea Collection! Their children’s collection includes adorable jackets, sweaters, pants, knit tops, and scarves that are not only modern and wearable, but also are inspired by cultures around the world! And, best of all, Tea Collection has just added hundreds of new styles for the back to school season. Here are some of my absolute favorites:
For girls, I love the Marimba Mini Dress! The Marimba Mini Dress is inspired by the marimba musical instrument and was developed in southern Mexico and northern Guatemala. The dress is made of cotton jersey, machine washable and has unique and beautiful tones. For boys, the Diez Stripe Jacket is definitely a staple item for the back to school season. This stylish striped jacket is 100% cotton, machine washable and is inspired by Mexico’s declaration of freedom in 1810.

Be sure to check out their collection of children's books too. Going to School in India has captivating photographs and an engaging story tell the tales of real children going to school across this vibrant and exciting country. This book is a great way to get your special students excited about the upcoming school year. Best of all, proceeds from the book sales benefit the Global Fund for Children!

Tea Collection Going to School in India - $22.00

Kids in India get to school on foot, by bicycle, or by school bus. They also walk across bamboo bridges, zip over raging rivers, or hitch rides in carts pulled by camels. The schools they go to are as varied as the ways they get there. "School" can be a city classroom, a railway platform, or even a stationary bus. Learning takes place in just as many different ways. Captivating photographs and an engaging text tell the stories of real children going to school across a vibrant and exciting country. By Lisa Heydlauff, with a foreword by Sushmita Sen. For children ages 7-12 years. Proceeds benefit the Global Fund for Children.

You all know how I love my little Storybooks!

I Love My Little Storybook by Anita Jeram captures the joys that a well written/illustrated and well loved storybook can bring to a child. Jump into the pages of one little bunny's favorite storybook as he shares all that he loves about what can be found in it's pages. The illustrations are so sweet and just packed with things to find and see. The characters found in the storybook follow along as you meet them and move through the story with you. What a fun celebration of reading and imagination!
